- Online purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the item.
- We do not offer refunds -- no exceptions.
- Sale items are FINAL and not returnable.
- Returned items must be in the original condition with tags attached.
- Shipping charges are not refunded, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returns must include a "Return Authorization" (RA).
- To request an RA: email shopnewthreads@gmail.com to obtain your RA. Packages without a valid RA will not be accepted.
- Package your return and include a copy of the original receipt and RA for quick processing.
